I have placed an order. When will my items be delivered?

The Cards will reach you 10 to 14 working days from the date of placing the order. This includes order processing and delivery time.

How can I find the status of my Order?

How can I change the details of my Order?

Please review your order before submitting it. Once an order has been placed and you would like to make changes to it, you may do so but within 24 hours. Write to support@cryamerica.org , indicating the details of your order and what would you like to change along with your personal contact information.

What if my address or phone number changes before the order gets delivered?

In such cases we would sincerely appreciate your immediate response (within 24 hours) so that the order is processed and delivered as per your requirements, minimizing any additional expense. Email us at support@cryamerica.org stating your earlier address and the revised address to dispatch your order. We also request you to email us you personal contact information, so that we can service the order better.

Can I cancel my order? Can I change my order?

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours from the date of placing the order. However, once you have placed the order and your payment is realized, the order is promptly processed and dispatched to you. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been dispatched. However, if your order has not yet been dispatched and you need to cancel or modify it, please contact us at support@cryamerica.org and we will determine if it will be possible to halt the fulfillment of the order. Please do indicate the details of your order along with your personal contact information.

What are the different payment options available? Can I change my payment option for the order placed?

Payments for the products are to be made via credit cards through the payment gateway set up on this website. You can pay through a VISA or MASTER credit card. The payment option cannot be changed once the order has been confirmed.

What are the shipping charges for deliveries in the US?

Deliveries by Ordinary mail are charged @ $1 per pack. Please multiply postage charges according to the total number of packs you have ordered. Delivery charges are to be paid along with the payment for the cards/ products. The cards will reach you within 14 working days.
Deliveries by Express mail are charged extra @ $2 per pack. Please inform support@cryamerica.org if you would like your order dispatched within 7 days.

What are the locations you deliver to? Can I ask for cards to be delivered outside the US?

Deliveries can be made to any city or location within the USA only. We do not undertake product/ card deliveries outside the USA

Is there any minimum order quantity that I need to place?

Yes, we request for minimum orders of 2 packs of cards as this is more cost effective for us.

Will my contribution through the purchase of cards be tax deductible in the US?

I would like to get my name and address printed on the cards? Can I have my signature on the card? Can I have my Company’s logo on the card? Is this possible? Is there an extra charge? How long will it take?

Customization of Cards with a special inside message of your choice is charged at $20 per 250 cards. Customization of cards can include your special message along with your name or signature. It could also include your Company’s name, logo and message inside the card. Customization of the envelopes with your return address on the top left corner is also charged at $10 per 200 envelopes. This customization can be done in any single color of your choice. Should you require the customization to be done in more than one color; an additional fee of $10 will be charged.

Do I get a discount for larger orders?

Yes, we offer the following discounts:

- Discount of 10% for orders in excess of 1000 cards.
- Customization charges are also waived for orders in excess of 1000 cards.

To place your customized order, email support@cryamerica.org with your quantity, the code and description of the greeting card. Please do mention your name and contact details.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered within 14 days?

If the cards do not reach you within 14 working days of placing the order, contact support@cryamerica.org at the earliest.

In the unlikely event of cards not reaching you within 2 weeks and you do not want the cards anymore, you have the option of canceling the order & we will refund the entire payment to you via check.

What should I do if my order is partially delivered?

If you have received incorrect items or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please send us an email to support@cryamerica.org. In your message indicate your name, address, telephone number and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.

If you should receive a product other than the one you ordered or part of your order is missing, then the missing items will be sent to you at no additional charge.

What should I do if I get something else instead of my order?

If you have received incorrect items, please send us an email to support@cryamerica.org. In your message indicate your name, address, telephone numbers and provide as much detail as possible about the situation. If you have received a product other than the one you ordered, the correct product will be sent to you at no additional charge or a full refund (including shipping costs) will be made. The incorrect items will have to be returned to us before the replacement order is processed.

On product:

The cards reached me in a damaged / defective condition. What should I do?

If you have received a damaged/ defective item, please send us an email to support@cryamerica.org In your message indicate your name, address, telephone numbers and provide as much detail as possible about the situation.

CRY America will replace items damaged in transit [from the CRY America office/ warehouse to your delivery address] assuming a comparable replacement is available, or provide you with a full refund, including courier costs.

I don’t want the cards I ordered. What do I do? Can I return the cards?

You may cancel or change your order within 24 hours from the date of placing the order. How does CRY America use the money that is generated from the sale of these cards?

CRY America provides high-engagement philanthropy to development initiatives focused on children’s rights in India and the USA. We channel the concern, goodwill, time, money, skills and civic responsibility of individuals and organizations in the U.S. towards child development initiatives.

The initiatives we support work at the grassroots-level to restore basic rights to children. We select them on the basis of their track record, the issues they work with and the impact on the communities they work with. We support them in various ways through funding, training and networking with similar organizations.

Do I need any special hardware or software to shop online? How will I know this?

No. But if this is the first time that you are doing any online transaction involving use of a credit card, you need to ensure that the transaction is secure. Upgrade to the High Encryption Pack.

How will I know this?
