Indian Ocean Concerts 2008

• Our Connecticut AC in organized the IO concert on August 9 at Wethersfield, CT which was attended by 400 people and raised $2000 in net revenues. CRY Am received a lot of publicity in CT due to this event.  
  
• Seattle AC organized the Indian Ocean concert on Aug 17 which was attended by over 350 people & raised approx $18,000 revenue. A large part of the revenues were raised through sponsorships. The crowd really enjoyed the music.  
   
• Houston AC organized the IO concert on Aug 29 at the Cullen Performance Hall at the University of Houston which was attended by 600 people and raised $2600 in donations. Houston AC did a great job of convincing Shangrila Art Gallery to sponsor the entire costs of the concert event. CRY Am received a lot of publicity in Houston due to this event. Several people also signed up as volunteers.
