Background
One of the Seven Wonders of the World exists here among our lush desert landscapes, crystal-clear waters and breathtaking mountain peaks. From small communities to one of the fastest growing cities in the United States, Arizona offers unique experiences packed with hospitality, adventure, and stunning sights. CRY America’s Phoenix Action Center is created by a determined group of people with a vision to protect and promote the rights of underprivileged children. It comprises of 13 volunteers with a core group of 6 people. Its first fund raising activity was held in August 2006.

- Introduction of CRY America Phoenix Action Center at Miss India Arizona 2006 Pageant
- Fund raising booths at events- all year round
- CRY America awareness at Discover India event
- CRY America children drawing and painting competition
