Action Center Name: Madison - University of Wisconsin Background University of Wisconsin, Madison Action Center was initiated in December 2004 and comprises 10 dedicated volunteers. Within the first month of its operation, this AC has been actively raising awareness and the much-needed resources. It raised $400 towards the education and health care of children by selling CRY America products and through activities like bingo games, formal talks and poster presentations at different occasions of Indian community gatherings among others. It has participated in various organizations’ functions in Madison to spread awareness about CRY America and its work with underprivileged children especially Indian. Activities in 2005
