Action Center Name: CRY America Bay Area
Background
It is said: “California is more than a geographical or political state. It is also a state of mind, a way of life, and an evolving dream.” California has influenced and encouraged so many people around the world to aim higher and achieve more. It is this vibrant spirit that drives the action center as well.
Situated in the heart of Silicon Valley the Bay Area Action Center first met on January 29, 2003 with a small group of volunteers and has been doing its best for the cause of underprivileged children since then. Its first fund raising activity, Penny Harvest 2003, was held in August 2003.
