On the path to good health

Two year old Ama who was once severely malnourished, today lives a healthy childhood.

In the past year, CRY America supported project Prayatn has ensured 35 newborns and infants were enrolled in anganwadis so that they have access to early and timely healthcare.


Back to school for a brighter tomorrow

14 year old Bela, has left her life as a child laborer behind and is back in school with dreams of a bright future.

In the last year, CRY America supported project People’s Organization for Rural Development (PORD) has ensured 100% child labor free villages in the Madanpalle town of Chittor, Andhra Pradesh, India.


Breaking the shackles of
marriage to follow their dreams

Three young girls Ranju, Bharati and Nibedita fought against child marriage to continue their education and are studying to become teachers.

In the last year, CRY America supported project ADHAR ensured 1,034 young girls were given orientation on life skills and health and encouraged to have a voice in decisions affecting their lives.
