By Adam Macgregor, Volunteer, CRY America

For all children – no matter where – to be recognized as individuals that have the right to participate in decisions affecting their lives and those of their families is my vision. If children are most impacted by problems in a society, then why not give them an equal hand in the solution? Read about how Adam’s vision is turning into a reality!

What remains truly awe-inspiring is that CRY America’s efforts run purely on one steam. That of the collective spirit of individuals - people like you. Who inspite of being in the US, so far away from India; volunteer, give, believe and support our cause. Without people like you seeing a ‘just’ world where all children are treated equal would have stayed just that…a dream.
Your support is invaluable.
More so at this point when what you donate will double…just like that.

In honor of individuals who make a difference, The Lavender Fund 2 with the Community Foundation of Louisville has made a Challenge grant again to CRY America. Every dollar raised by CRY America through you will be matched dollar for dollar up to $10,000 by them.

Gift a Donation
CRY America’s gifting option will not only touch the recipient, but also touch the lives of underprivileged children, especially in India.

Through this program children from 65 villages will gain access to education and healthcare, gender and migration issues will be addressed and marginalized communities will be empowered. CRY is deeply grateful to Western Union for supporting our work.

Dear Friends,

Millions of children are denied their basic rights on a daily basis. CRY America launches the ‘My Vision and Dream for Children’ Campaign – an initiative to bring people together from different walks of life to dream of a better world for our children; to engage in the larger debate on children’s rights and to express their vision and dream for children in creative ways.

In the words of John Lennon “A dream you dream alone is only a dream. A dream you dream together is reality.” CRY America believes that no matter how long or difficult the journey - if each one of us believes in doing what's right and works towards that day, then all children will have their right to live, learn, grow and play.

Paint, write, sing, click - express your vision for children and change their world!

In Faith and Goodwill,

Shefali Sunderlal

President, CRY America
