I'm writing to share with you my recent involvement with CRY America, a non-profit organization with a mission to restore the fundamental rights of marginalized children in India.

The Indian government spends an average of $360 on one child's schooling, of which 80% drop out before reaching the 10th grade. Dreams unfulfilled and Potentials unreached, most of these children are forced to live the lives of laborers and/or sex workers and have limited access to food, water, and shelter.

If you agree that something needs to be done and that these children deserve better, please help us by donating to support them and the communities they live in. Please know that while there is no minimum denomination, a mere contribution of $18 supports a child's education for a year while $27 enables education as well as healthcase for a year.

I support this event

Our Annual CRY Walk for Child Rights event is being organized across 15 cities in 2013 - bringing hundreds of individuals together with the belief that 'Change is possible, because we will make it possible'. Let's all come together and work towards the day when all children will have their rights to live, learn, grow and play!
