My passion and belief in CRY(Child Rights and You) stems from CRY's holistic approach towards bringing sustainable change. So I know my contribution goes a long way. Unlike most of us privileged ones, theres a parallel world where children go hungry, forced into child labor or prostitution due to poverty. CRY projects help the pregnant mothers with healthcare and against girl child foeticide, help displaced children from the slums of seasonally migrating workers, help children from being laborers to enrolling in schools, providing teachers and healthcare in remote areas, meals to stay in school, against various forms of abuse and discrimination and much more..

See how little it takes to make a difference in the lives of the underprivileged children. Just by giving up a dinner at a restaurant, you could actually be able to feed a child for more than a year. This is what your donations can do:

With $18, you enable a child's education for a year!
With $27, you enable a child's education and health care for a year!
With $100, you ensure health for all children in a village by supporting a health worker for a year!

Other ways to participate in the CRY Walk (Riverside Park, NY on Aug 29th): Register for the walk/run, create a team, create a fund-raiser page like me, spread the word, donate/pledge.

With your support - underprivileged communities will be empowered, child laborers will be removed from their workplace and will go to schools, child marriages will be stopped and more children will get healthcare. Many more will get an opportunity to learn, laugh, play and enjoy their childhood.

Your generosity will go a long way in making this world a better and a happier place!

If you can't feed a hundred people, then just feed one.” - Mother Teresa

I support this event

Our Annual CRY Walk for Child Rights event is being organized across 15 cities in 2013 - bringing hundreds of individuals together with the belief that 'Change is possible, because we will make it possible'. Let's all come together and work towards the day when all children will have their rights to live, learn, grow and play!
