But, life in India is a lottery! 1.9 million Babies die before they turn 5, mostly from preventable respiratory infections & Diarrhea. 11 million live on city streets, 14% of children are child laborers. 5.3 million work in the sex trade. 46% are married before they turn 18.

At CRY - Child Rights and You, America we believe, “every child, regardless of birth and circumstances is truly equal”.  Our primary goal is to educate and mobilize communities at the grassroots level, so that they are able to solve their problems themselves. 

$18 can provide a child one full year of education.  $27 can provide a child one full year of healthcare
